I took out a $2,000 loan back in 2017. I paid every month on time without fail and paid more than the minimum payment. I ended up paying back $3,000 total. How is that even possible? Sell your a$$ if you need money. Anything other than taking out a loan with them. I'm pretty certain these 5 star reviews without any real feedback came from family members of the employees who they begged to offset the negatives.

The lady I spoke today at 3pm was extremely rude! When I asked what number they called She told me she couldn't see that. Then proceeded to ask me do I want customer service or not? Because I don't deserve it. This is definitely not a good first impression

Took a $6,800 loan out almost 4 years ago. Paid $282.02 monthly. I paid my "pay off" amount today just to get the hell out of this horrible loan. Paid $4,962.56 for pay off... 4 years $1847.44 is all that was credited 30% interest!!! Do not do it!!!!!!! Worse decision EVER!!!!!!!!

They did very well they were a little short handed it one day so that it took a lot longer than it should’ve to process. But they were very professional.

This office was extremely unprofessional. On our last conversation I was even hung up on after I alone said goodbye. They ran my wife and I through hoops to verify identity and all but told us we were trying to commit fraud. Unreal.
