Dropped my 2020 Dodge Ram pickup truck off for warranty work. Took over 45 minutes for it to be checked in. I will definitely consider using another dealership in the future to have work done on my vehicle. I don't think they understand that giving up my brand new vehicle for more than a day for warranty work is a bigger inconvenience to me than I did to them.
