I cannot say enough good things about this company. Buckle up, because this is a long review. I found Ken randomly from a google search over 2 years ago. I told him about my vision of buying a company and the commercial property associated with it, and he was on board with helping me. I'm in California, so the geographical spread is as far as possible. Ken exhausted all his resources, and the nature of my loan needs made it difficult to achieve success. He kept checking in with me monthly and checking with his options to see if availability had changed. This was in the heart of the covid struggle, so banks were apprehensive on giving loans. Several times I had pretty much given up on my loan, but Ken was always searching out banks and lenders, and touching base with me along the way. Two years later I finally found a financier. Actually in my own town, that Ken had found. Ken and his company will not let you down. 5 stars is not enough.

I wanted to give a shout out to Ken! I was looking for information on getting loans for RV Parks. Ken took the time on mulitple phone calls to help me get the information I needed. He very easy to work with and is knowledgeable about the business loan process. On his website he has a 17 page PDF that demystifies the process and gives you the tools to understand what financial lenders require. He sets an honest expectation and replys quickly to emails and phone calls.
