We had a very unprofessional encounter with Brian. We started the loan process in the Greensburg office and many kudos to Krissi but the dubois office is much closer, however when he realized he wasn't going to get the credit for the loan he basically told her to bad he wasn't helping the customer out.

Horrible we have a 25.6% interest on a $10,000 car the worst part? We have decent credit it is 625. This place is horrible and unprofessional this is robbery and should be illegal.

We had a 12 month same as cash loan for furniture through them. Needless to say they messed up our mailing address not once, not twice, but 4 times they had called to get our mailing address because they had received returned mail. The worst part is that it had caused us to have 2 late payments to them, which apparently when you have one late payment your same as cash no longer exists. I was then hit with a 23% interest rate that I was unaware of. Their mess up has cost me several hundred dollars. I would not recommend them and I won’t take anymore loans that involve them. This is the second time I’ve had issues with them and their loans/customer service issues.
