They have helped me in so many ways! From assistance when I mess up my account to watch my account and notifying me when there was a fraudulent withdrawal from my account. And the thing I appreciate most is that they are not helpful because I have big bucks in my account. Believe me they're accommodating, and so pleasant to talk to. I could go on, just saying, they take care of the little people too.

Excellent bank to deal with!

This is the most incompetent bank I've ever had to deal with, worse than Ally(and I dealt with them twice). Had a car loan through FNCB since 2017, only at the beginning did I ever receive anything from them(email or postal) to show my statement balance. Tried to set up online, but they didn't do that for people who only have a car loan. Called up today and ask for an account number and they won't do it over the phone so I can reference it on my check that I will be sending them to get out from under their greediness. Yeah, someone wants my account number on a car loan, to steal? What kind of thinking is that? I would never deal with this bank ever again. Give a credit union your money, not some rich CEO(I know mine isn't worth over $1 million) who probably has several houses and cars. I don't know why you couldn't provide me with a number(not my SS#) so you don't return the check to me when you can't figure out what it's for. I won't be paying more than what my 10 day payoff is. You'll get it in pennies if I have any more issues.
