When other lenders were telling rates are going up (just to scare us and get us to commit to them), he was the only one telling us to wait for locking the rates. He gave me lots of good advice for what I'd need for credit and cash to purchase in my price range. When I was ready for pre-approval, he took care of everything. And then when I finally signed a contract to purchase a house, he again took care of everything. Other than making sure I sent him the right things, I really had no worry about the mortgage process. And during closing, he walked me through everything I was signing with the closing agent to ensure I understood. I can't recommend Dave enough. We love Dave so much!!! We took his advice to urgue for the survey fee from the title company which saved us $1200 at closing! He is supet paiteint with us waiting for the perfect timing to lock the best rate for us. He pretty much updated us every day on it. He is also great problem solver for documentation. We really appreciate his transparency, objectiveness and honesty. And his fee is resaonable.
