I used their ATM to withdraw cash. I only needed a ten dollar bill however their machine limits you to increments of $20. Ok, not a big deal…I’ll just go inside and have them break the 20 into 2 tens. Upon entering the bank and asking them to change the 20, I was told if I don’t have an account, they cant help me! Pathetic! I know it’s not the tellers fault but this is probably one of the reasons you don’t see many of these banks around here. If that’s how they treat people who aren’t a customer, why on earth would I want to become a customer?!
