The doubled charged me for my payment this month, and this is after I called to double check and make sure that my intial payment was going through okay. They refused to offer any other kind of help and didnt even apologive for thier error. Please dont support this company. I cant wait until my time with them is over.

Impossible people to work with that pray on people in poor financial situations. Only one month behind and they towed my vehicle after telling me they would pause the repo phase.

I have had a loan with one main on more than one occasion. It is very hard to refinance for a lower rate . I had the unemployment Insurance and it was no help during my unemployment during quarantine. I would only recommend them if they are are your last resort

One Main on Cheltenham avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania was fast and easy. I was able to get my loan on line with one of the representatives on the phone guiding me all the way. Payment plans easily fits my budget. I guess that's why this is not my first time using them.

My experience with One Main Financial was very positive. Prince was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time going over my paperwork and made sure I understood everything. I would definitely want to work with Prince again.
