The cashiers have always been extremely helpful and pleasant. Nicole, manager at the Knox branch, is terrific. She's helped me with so many strange requests and ALWAYS been very knowledgeable and professional. I'm very happy with the service we've received here!

Super friendly! I called them by accident and they did their best to persuade me to switch. It was very entertaining. Awesome folks.

My son has a checking account there. He has it set up so he will not over draft. Well he has over drafted his account I do believe 3 times and without warning they suspended his debit card. With account on positive side paycheck direct deposited he had no way to access his money from Thursday night to Monday.

I have had an outstanding experience with Farmers on a business loan. We initially worked with other banks, and only Farmers had the ability (and put in the necessary effort) to get it done. I strongly recommend them for business loans.

On February 14th I had an issue with a transaction at the Emlenton branch. Today I received a call from the manager who not only apologized to me, but he credited money back to my account. I appreciate his listening to me and making it right. Thank you

I always have a positive experience visiting Emlenton/Eau Claire Branches, although seldomly, when I visit the teller Kora Schmoll she is always kind enough to assist me even when she is outside of the office. Kora Schmoll always goes above and beyond helping my fiancé and I with our banking.
