Great services. Much better than being with a big bank. My main concern is that LFCU denies all credit card transactions to overseas companies unless you contact LFCU ahead of time about a particular payment, which you can only do during certain weekday hours (as far as I have been able to figure out). Sometimes it is not always obvious that a company is based overseas, even if they are reputable.

My mom withdraw her retirement money through this bank today, but when my mom got home, she counted her money, it was $100 less. My mom trusted the teller so much that she didn't re-count it before leaving the counter. We went back the next day, the teller told my mom she left it at the counter. He had it in a envelope. My mom got her money back! Thank u Lanco for doing the right thing!

Hands down they beat the big banks! Personal service, great rates and they actually pay you to use them. (check out their KASASA plan) If you are tired of paying banks for poor service and getting nothing for keeping your money there then you nee to check out LANCO and start saving.

Been a "member" here for several years. Went in, had a member named sue who had seemed like she had no idea what she was doing, me asking for my 5 numbers that I forgot. She looks up my account, then asks another member AS IF SHE WAS THE SUPERVISOR, I did not end up getting my 5 digits due to security reasons when my social was on there and in in my head, I have an id on my account, with my face, this is the type of employee hiechary corruption that needs to be fixed, unhappy member of lanco. Anyways, I also called into Roseville where they said that if I went into ANY Roseville it'll be fine. So ceo Mr. Hr (get it?), however many of you there are you oughta be communicating well because here I see alot of confusion don't you ? If you don't ur one of them that should be replaced, I'll be happy to take it too (:
