Beware make sure you read it all 100 dollar return payment fees and that insurance you pay almost a 1000 for they will make ot impossible for you too get just beware if you have a loan thru them get a new one with a different company

Carrie was great and very nice to me when coming in after applying for a loan. They are great to work with if you are building credit, or have bad/fair credit. They approved me despite being a college student and working part time during the winter.

At first thought it was a place that helped ones in need of help but as the time went on I see and so have others that one main is only after the almighty dollar with high interest rates and not responding to their client's best interest. I'm not saying this because they didn't help me out in time of need but when you have to go out of state to try and get a loan from another branch and they want to give it to you means to me that the offices in pa are only out for their own self and what money they can make on people that really need help and can get a higher rate on interest. The only reason it got one star is because it wont let you go ahead and post with out giving one or more stars I would rate it a neg 3 stars

I was treated with the utmost respect. The finance personnel was very professional & courteous. He followed up a few days just to see if was satisfied with everything . Yes I’m satisfied & would recommend One Main because of the professional assistance I received.
