It's a great credit union, started out with a local credit union 30 years ago and it has merged a few time and ended up as widget. Always very nice to me and my family, always helpful when we needed then. Not afraid to go above and beyond in the service of customers.

I always feel welcome and comfortable at this branch location and staff is very helpful, nice and respectful. Today, bank was so busy when i walked in and to my surprise, the bank manager Aly went back to help out her staff. She was my teller today and she did a fantastic and outstanding job. I have never seen any manager anywhere help out like before. That was an amazing experience. Keep up the great work Aly!!

Best banking experience I've ever had. The East 38th Street location is the best! Sharon Alloway is awesome. She took the time to assist us in opening a business account. She walked us through the process like a pro.

I switched to this credit union after being taken advantage of by PNC. I've been a member of widget actually since it was GE credit union. Over the years, they have been helpful, courteous, and even waived fees that my previous bank would have screwed me for. I've had a checking, and savings account, 2 car loans, and multiple personal loans at great rates. My 10 year old son has also opened up a savings account, and they have a great program for the younger kids, and are always so nice when he goes in to talk to the tellers and deposit his allowance.

It's where I do my banking!!! Trust them!!! Now if your short 15 cents and don't get it to them asap. They will submit your name to a credit office for collection of that 15 cents. Which means it'll go up and up and up if you do not get with them about it!!! Only bad thing about that banking company!!! Everything else is cool.

Sammy S. is a treasure. My elderly parent was a victim of a scammer. Widget was observant and prevented the loss of over $50,000 from her account. Sammy worked with us over multiple days as we arranged finances to protect our loved one. She explained the protective measures Widget had in place already. She patiently explained all terms I was unfamiliar with. We had a multitude of questions as we determined what would be the optimum way to arrange finances for our family. Sammy never once seemed to be tired of our "what if" scenarios. We feel very comfortable that our elderly family member is now well protected should there be any future scam attempts. Thank you, Widget, for being proactive in protecting your clients. Thank you, Sammy, for your infinite patience as we made necessary arrangements to the accounts.

Today i visited the Buffalo Rd Harborcreek branch of Widget FCU. My wife and I were somewhat dreading the monotony of a trip to the bank today, but let me tell you, Reese delivered. Not only was he knowledgeable and articulate, but also very friendly. His inherently charismatic nature provided for a wonderful experience, far surpassing a “typical trip to the bank”. Humorous, interesting and still very efficient. Id recommend anyone stopping at this location, seek out Reese’s assistance. Great interaction 5 ⭐️
