Who needs more time everyday? We all do. Hence why everyone is always in a rush and we all want everything now! So, it’s little wonder why the drive throughs are always packed. Sometimes a Friday drive through looks like a Starbucks line. But this bank (this branch at Millfair specifically) makes you want to come in. Sure the complementary coffee and water is nice but it’s the people.when you go in it doesn’t feel like a bank. It feels a bit like Cheers. Everyone is smiling and upbeat and if you’re there enough they remember your name. There is always someone available too. This barley any waiting. This is a bank would highly recommend. Also, if you ever have a problem and need a solution Hannah is a true pro!

I come through the drive-through to drop off checks I have every two weeks. When doing so I am always taken care of by a polite man named Drew. He always makes sure to get me squared away fast and treats me with respect which is a reason I will be stay with wiget throughout college.

Nicole at Widget on Milford Road is beyond amazing when it comes to customer service. She patiently assisted me for about 45 minutes. Helped me with online banking, calling customer service, making multiple withdrawals from multiple bank accounts, and having a smile the entire time while doing it, and did I mention this was all on a Saturday? She exemplifies how in-person banking should be done. Great attitude, extremely helpful, patient and good at her job. Keep up the good work Nicole and Widget!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I am a proud Widget Financial member and want to express my gratitude to it's employees for the always kind and competent service I receive. Financial literary can sometimes be filled with anxiety.
