Mostly smooth process, until the end of the deal. Giving a 4 star review because overall, they did good work. 6 days before closing, the loan officer assistant sent an updated and “padded” number several thousands less than a previous number for closing costs. We thought, “great,!” only to receive a number the following Tuesday (less than 48 hours to closing) from the title company that was for thousands MORE. Turns out, the oversight was with school tax that could’ve been easily caught if realtor and loan officer reviewed the initial and updated ledgers more carefully. We had already sent a wire transfer for the number the loan officer said was “padded” and had to ask for an exception to write a personal check to the title company for the balance.

The loan officers were great in getting everything together. The issue I faced was afterwards I was being billed for wind insurance at a high premium and was informed 3-4 months later. No phone calls, no emails, just one letter saying it was my second notice I received 5 weeks after the date listed on the paper. Recommend the loan officers but not the business practices.

Rose and her team were instrumental in us closing on our new home. We could not have done it without them. When we offered a quick close, we weren't sure if we would be able to manage it, but Rose's team took it all in stride, and kept us on track to get everything buttoned up in time without needing an extension. Jae was there at closing to go through all of the documents with us and walk us through the process. It made us feel so much better, knowing exactly what we were signing off on. Through the whole process Team Stancato was available and always quite to respond to any question. Everyone was on the same page, so there was never a disconnect from one team member to another. Thank you all for everything you did to help us!

Ms. Jill is the best!! she made sure we got our new home loan with all the ropes to climb, so on top of her game and now we have found our first dream starter home and will see you guys in the near future for the next dream house for retirement.
