My conversation with Jennifer started off good and then her attitude being to show when I didnt understanding what she was trying to explain. I expressed to her that she didn’t have to yell or talk to me in a ignorant tone but continue to and then hung up the phone on me while I was still talking.. Horrible customer service!!!!!!! I’ve never experienced anything like this since dealing with One Main... I’ve always spoken to well mannered people. I will say when I called back REBECCA answer the phone and was EXCELLENT she help me understand and resolved my issue!! Thank you for her!!!

I did a secured loan through this branch. They held the title for my vehicle after paying my auto loan off. Did some debt consolidation. Things were great, easy monthly payments, and very quick to receive payment. However, I was in a hit and run accident and my car was totaled. And through the whole process (about 3 weeks) they told me they would help me get into a new vehicle once payment for wreckage was processed and check was sent to them from my insurance. My wreckage didn’t pay for my entire loan, so I still owe them money. And after 3 weeks of relying on them to assist me with an auto loan they say they can’t and there’s nothing they can do to help me. I’ve been paying for a rental out of pocket since my insurance didn’t cover more than a week, I shopped around what I thought would be in my price range for my wreckage and they left me high and dry. I’m stuck with no money for a down payment for another vehicle, and wasted countless hours of effort shopping around and setting everything up. I’m now starting from scratch. The payoff for the wreckage was more than what they bought it for. I depended on them and their word, I got screwed over and left high and dry. And now that my balance is several $1000 lower from the wreckage payoff, figured they would refinance the remaining balance to make my monthly payments lower. But even with that request from them they say they didn’t know and would get back to me in a few days. I regret ever doing business with them.

I was referred to One Main Financial through Credit Karma and wanted a small loan for debt consolidation. The process was very smooth and in 24 hours I had the money in my account. The representative who handled my loan was courteous, professional and extremely helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of help getting their finances in order. My monthly payments are way less than what I was paying out which will now allow me to be able to enjoy life a little more. Thank you!

Would be nice if Kelsey stopped calling me and trying and get me to take out bigger loans when I've stated I'm not interested.
