If I could give zero stars I would. These people and company are horrible in unison. Life happens, but they only care about money. Jaqueline is very rude by the way.

PA Auto Credit treats their customers like they are criminals because they have challanged credit. They are rude and very unprofessional and don't know how to treat customers right. They always say one thing and then go back on their word. Life happens and things come up and its like you have to literally beg them for a few extra days. Its unbelievable that they can get away with what they do. I am so glad I got out of the old 12 year car with so many miles that I was making almost $400.0 a month in payments on and the car was causing me so many problems and becoming so expensive to maintain. Never again will have to deal with these unprofeesional people!!!!!

My husband was out of work and got a disability check, and I called and spoke to a manager letting him know we could not cash the check told them I’d even send a picture of the check it was almost 8 pm my hubby works third shift they wouldn’t leave my car on! They are awful and have no morals what’s so ever! DO NOT go there ! I can’t wait to try and refinance this summer!

I pay my bill on time for the most part. I have had a few times where I am late and I have always been treated fine. I see all the comments about Jacqueline. She has helped me many times and has also helped me to understand how financing works and how important it is to make my payments on time to improve my credit rating. I needed help and the staff here has helped me a lot. The people at this place care about me and my future. It is up to me to do the right thing for me. Thanks to their guidance my credit went from mid 500 to over 600 in two years.

I’m seeing alot of bad reviews with this place. So far I have been lucky to have had nothing but good experience with this place and the employees. This finance company is by far the most incompetent and predatory I’ve ever ran across I’ve had 2 cars through them and on my second car their customer service has been horrible. Along with emails regarding shut downs due to staffing it seems none of their employees ever have an answer to any questions asked. I would highly recommend you to not use this company and I’m quite sure any of their competitors would be a better choice
