Northwest Bank, Franklin, PA

I have held my faith with this bank for nearly 30 years. It is a wonderful small town establishment that provides high caliber customer service and competitive rates.

Unless you hace an account with them they wont cash a check for you. Thought that was what banks were for like seriously?? Whats america come too when you have to pay money gor a bank account just to cash there checks. Very dissapounted customer very very disapointed. Whats this society come too....

Wonderful service friendly atmosphere

Friendly staff. This isn’t my primary bank, but we have used them for a few different loans. Never had any issues. Location is central, and building is maintained well. Drive thru has 3 lanes and 2 tellers working them which makes it go much faster.

Drive thru staff is always very friendly and able to answer any of my questions. I typically use the ATM and my only issue is not being able to deposit cash at random times, for some reason. Other than that, I'm overall happy with Northwest Bank. 😊 …
