I usually come here 1 or more times a week. We always use the drive thru. The tellers are always nice to my children and I. The service has always been good and friendly. I don't like the overdraft fees but that doesn't have anything to do with this branch. Just bank rules.

This BBT branch is by far the worse bank in town. The teller was rude, i asked for extra deposit slips. She was also moody when I didnt have the entire total on the other side of the check. Good grief!

Several times, two different front desk clerks at different times messed up a simple transaction that became costly to fix since the funds were in limbo in cyberspace and may cause a payment sent to pay a utility bill may bounce due to the teller's negligence. It took several days for the mistake to work itself through the system during which time I was stressing out hoping it would not cause my check to the utility company to bounce. I was told by another associate at another incident that my cash deposit would not be available for use until the next business day. I reminded her that it is cash and is available immediately. She argued with me. I asked her to bring her manager to the window. The manager confirmed what I said was correct, yet no admittance of the mistake by the desk associate. I do not recommend this branch and am beginning to see why their review ratings in BBB is 1.2 or so, yet they must pay BBB to have an A+ rating. Laughable if it weren't so pathetic.

Will did an awesome job. Very friendly and nice establishment!

This bank is a pale shadow of the bank they bought, Susquehanna Bank. BBT has taken four months to return a balance on a home equity line paid off by refinance with another lender on November 8, 2018. This branch has tried to resolve it (hence two stars and not one), but so far (March 4, 2019) even they are still getting the run-around from mother BBT. Bottom line, bank somewhere else.
