Dollar Bank, Gibsonia, PA

This review doesn't really pertain to this branch in particular. This bank on the other hand is a decade behind, I am not sure if they do it on purpose, or just don't have the IT team to figure out the logistics of it, but every single bank I have(Key Bank, PNC, and Citizens) all have the ability to instant transfer fees from online merchants such as PayPay, Venmo, Ca$hApp, etc...dollar bank does not have this ability in the year 2022. The other large issue with this bank is they charge made up over draft fees for something that costs them nothing. So yearly they are making hundreds of thousands, if not millions off over draft fees. They are the only bank in the area of PA that still charge this bogus fee. This bank is for old folks who keep on their money in the bank, not for people who know the banking system is fraud and give you 5-10 cents a month off interest (if you keep your money in it), but yet make tons off your money being in the bank. Won't use them again. As far as this branch, I have had no issues with the employees, but have never really interacted with them.

Try going with a bank that can actually operate in the 21st century. Their ATMs don’t even work, and good luck trying to find one outside of the branch location.

I have always had good experiences at this branch. The service has always been prompt and the staff friendly. Convenient late hours a couple of nights per week make it easy to bank here. Thanks.

Absolutely awful Bank! They charge a $9 check cashing fee and the employees and managers are extremely rude!

I've had nothing but good experiences here at this branch! Very kind and I like the fact that all dollar banks are owned by the people, not some big corporations! And for the person who left a 1 star review, shame on you! If you don't have a bank account in general and someone wrote you a check from dollar bank, guess what All banks charge for non member fees, and pnc won't even cash it for you if you don't open an an acct!To waive the 9$ fee open an account its 2021 who doesn't have a bank account. I am a small buisness owner and I know how 1 bad review can tarnish a small buisness name..but dollar bank always anwers all of my questions and helped me set up online banking!😊 don't know why I didn't do it years ago!
