Tried to open an account and couldn't. Then was charged a fee to cash a check.they changed the name to tend to should be tend to be bad.

Everytime I go outta town o can't get to my money, they it put a lock on it n close at 330,closed weekends, n website never works.

I’ve never had to beg a bank so badly to take my $. It takes several calls a month to get my auto loan paid. Also they have someone working there who constantly picks up and intentionally hangs up the calls. This isn’t a once or twice occurance. It happens multiple times monthly. She/he constantly picks up hits like 3 buttons then hangs up.
