Impossible to get service without going in-person. Online is a mess--phone help virtually non-existent without waiting on hold for 72 hours. Used to be a really good organization to bank and do business with. Now... a absolute mess
and I have been a member for 50 years when they were Bellco FCU by the state garage. So I have witnessed the decline over the past 10 years or so personally.

Things are constantly messed up. This new update is garbage. I can't even get into my account now. All the auto payments are messed up. I've been disappointed since the name and location change but this is the final straw. Why would you get rid of your drive through for such an inconvenient location in the plaza? So done with this bank.

The customer service and client first approach that used to make this place great are gone. Everything is call center based. The rates are trash. Don't bother.

Can not check account information when you call about a problem people are rude they update system its worse before the update I am sick of this no mater how many emails are sent and how many times they apologize get your act together this is sickening please do your job or close update that in your system

Been a member with them for over 5 years, probably closer to 10. Customer service used to be EXCELLENT, and you could actually speak with a LOCAL, REAL, PERSON. Lately, it's been slowly going downhill. Now, when I try and call, I either get sent straight to voicemail, or calls get farmed out to a random call center with random people who can't answer my questions. Also, why they closed their beautiful Greensburg branch on George's Station Road, and moved to a suite in cramped Eastgate Plaza, I will never understand. Used to be easy to get in and out quickly, not anymore.

I would not advise or recommend going through this credit union for any financial reasons they ripped me off very badly I have a conversation on recording about an agreement we had made and now the lady is telling me she doesn't recall the conversation they are delinquently charging me for a vehicle that is no longer in my possession which is now causing my credit score to drop drastically so if you like myself like honest people who do right by you and you worked so hard for years building your credit just to have this dishonest place they call pheple credit union destroy it within a month I would not recommend sending your dieing animal to these people for help
