First National Bank, Greenville, PA

I had a difficult experience attempting to work with Amy K. at this FNB branch. There was no follow through, nor professionalism. I ended up going to the branch downtown, and I was treated with respect.

If you want a fast bank FNB is not that kind of place If you want a loan good luck with these people If you want free checks.. NO If just another place, to put your money with some convenient locations is what your after than there Yugo

Terrible customer service. I dealt in good faith with the staff and upper management failed after weeks to give me a fair decision. I have been a customer for over 15 years with great credit. This is NOT THE BANK IT ONCE WAS. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Like this bank but drive through is usually very slow.. usually have to wait for 30 minutes to an hour. Staff is usually friendly and helpful but just slow..

usually busy, but friendly & knowledgeable staff, who usually get the lines moving rather quickly

The one entrance is OK if you're driving a small vehicle tricky with a 4 door F150 Also it would help if the ATM was a foot higher its tough to work in a pickup

Says open until 5, it’s 4:45 and phone lines are shut off. Glad to be taking my service elsewhere soon

Says it's open until 5, but it's 4:02 and they say they are closed.
