My wife and I got a loan a few years ago and the gentleman we worked with was very kind and helpful. Fast forward to today and that first loan is 3 payments from paid off. We applied for another loan today and the lady on the phone was very rude and less than helpful. I make more money now than before, I'm working full time and have been at job 2 years, and our credit rating is substantially better so it makes no sense as to why we would be denied. Will never go back here and if it was possible I would leave zero stars. That lady was so very rude

Be aware when applying for loans through this company. They will not send you paper or electronic billing, notices, etc. I was not notified of outstanding interest amount until one year after same as cash ended. My product and original loan amount was paid in full. Therefore, interest accrued for the last year. A courtesy notification would have been better customer care.

Do not deal with these people ! Janeen in Greenville office is just plain rude, insinuates you are lieing,I hope Shapiro gets them closed down! Calling his office!

Harassing phone calls daily for 2 weeks over a newly opened account. Ever since the very first day of opening the account they call every single day. A payment is not even due for two more weeks. Your goal is not to provide a favorable experience! This a a flat out lie! You people still call daily. I will now be very ignorant when I get these calls rather than block them!

Jared was a really good and pleasant guy to work with. He walk use threw the whole process and made use feel right at home with them. I would highly recommend him.
