Poor communication and poor advice. Got a few stocks from my grandparents and was forced to deal with this company. I emailed for an appointment and was just ignored. So in the middle of a busy work day, I had this man trying to force a simple conversation that I wasn't ready for. Best part is when they finally respected my time and made the appointment I requested I found out how poorly it was set up. They had all my dividends going into a savings account earning 2%, in a market where hysa are at 4.5%. My grandparents would be very disappointed in how their legacy has been handled.
