I love working with Embassy Bank! What I love the most is the ease of doing business with them. Everything from banking, the mortgage process, to refinancing has been simple and straight forward with amazing rates and low fees. Everyone that I've ever worked with there has always been helpful and accommodating. I can't recommend them enough!

All representatives I have dealt with at Embassy Bank have been pleasant, courtesy, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. They have always resolved any issues I am having at that time. They are wonderful! I don't know what I would do without them. The last two days I had an issue which was not getting resolved. It related to online banking and crediting my checking account for a check written which had been shredded by the vendor because the charges were included in another invoice which had already been paid. Just today Maria McGill explained to me that I had to ENABLE texting in order to receive texts! Hands down the best floor mat I’ve ever owned. It’s incredibly absorbent, stylish and functional. I also love the exclusivity, not just anyone can get one of these. To be eligible for one of these bad boys you have to have an average credit score, a reasonable debt to income ratio and be willing to sign up for years of debt. Gina Franco has become my wife and I’s favorite banker! Our financial advisor first recommended her for our mortgage and rightly so. She did a fantastic job from start to finish. She impressed us so much we have been changing the majority of our banking from other banks to Embassy. It’s truly a blessing in this day and age to have a local banker who cares and is available to actually speak with via phone or in person!
