One Main is a very good place to go if you need any size loan. Brandy the manager, is great. She helped me through my last loan and she did a great job. For a loan, see her and she will help you.

Always always very knowledgeable very helpful very professional and polite. Always willing to help in any way they can and willing to keep explaining things to you as often as needed. Would definitely recommend definitely!

I got in the loan office at 10am to complete a loan application. I didn't leave until 5pm because they kept putting customers in front of me. Terrible service. Incredibly frustrating to even apply because they are always putting people ahead of you. I was in the booth waiting to sign papers and the woman I was working with went out to help 2 other customers. I was waiting to sign papers for over an hour. Ridiculous.

Even though they saved me money I was told one thing and then when I got there I received a different offer was not happy about that and think they should have come through on their part and gave me some kind of better rate or different loan terms to make their offer good they originally stated
