Staff are friendly. Hours are terrible, one shouldn't have to take time off work to go to the bank/credit union to get banking done. Doesn't help when you work the same hours as they are open. This is a SAVINGS only account with no cards. Not everyone wants to do online banking.

The credit union has declined greatly in the last five years. They are no longer the customer friendly financial place to deal with. Closed my credit card and moving most of my banking to PSECU. The BCFCU went from friendly, local financial credit union, to money making, paperwork intensive institution. They have as many policies, fees, restrictions as large banks.

Absolutely perfect place to open bank account, everyone working there is helpful than I think.feel like our Financial Guardian

There are some folks there that are kind. Sue is the best. Theresa too. It can just be kind of inconvenient because their hours are limited, there's only one local branch and I don't think you can get mobile deposit.

They usto be such as good bank but everything has changed from the people that are working in here to higher management. I have had a bank account with them from 16 yrs old . Im now 28 . American airlines charged me for 2 fairs instead of one and I tried to dispute it with them and they refuse to give me my money back tried to dispute it with my bank I got a letter saying I need to get a refund from the airline. I have tried that and they have refused multiple times . which is why I tried to dispute it with the bank in the first place . 😅 I just joined another credit union where me and my money is valued more and they do what they advertise. I'll keep my account but I will not be doing anymore major banking with them.
