Despite the bad reviews from other individuals, my experience was stellar. At first I needed a cosigner but David was able to work with me to where I didn't need one which was great. When I got there everything ran smoothly. Profesional environment and David did his job well. I would recommend this place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. “David” gave me the run around all week long, told me everything was good on my auto loan, then right before I went to pick my funds up all of a sudden they needed everything all over again, he wasn’t available, Cathy never even had enough courtesy to call me and tell me what was going on. I ended up going to a credit union, what a joke this place is. Terrible experience all around

My fiancé applied for a loan here and was told it was approved after a few days of back and forth with Dave. He was waiting for an email since last week to finish sending in a few things never got an email called to follow up and got told today by a different worker because Dave was “closing a loan” which happened to be every time we called that it wasn’t actually approved. So if he didn’t call he wouldn’t have known and would’ve been stuck glad he had a plan b ! I absolutely get why they have one star.

Dave is very unprofessional and rude would not recommend doing business with this branch .

Not sure why there is a low review but my experience with Lendmark was amazing . I give it a 5 star. Cathy was an angel. I applied for an auto loan and needed a co-sign however, they worked something out for me and made my process even smoother. Every piece of detail and information was well explained and if I still did not understand Cathy broke it down piece by piece. My application and closing process was a breeze and again any concerns I had was answered right away. I would 100% recommend to anyone that’s looking for a Lender. Cathy was amazing and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Whoever Chris is that works at the Harrisburg Branch needs some serious classes in how to act around people. My bf tried to pay a loan off today and instead of Chris answering him, he kept hanging up on my bf. Three times to be exact. Then Chris crossed way over the professionalism line and said “ maybe if you had a college education you would understand it” 🤨 Interesting coming from someone who I’m assuming went to college, but doesn’t possess the intelligence to even explain something pertaining to his own job to a customer. My bf was able to speak to a second person who explained everything and it was a smooth transaction. Meanwhile Mr. College educated’s approximate salary (2nd pic) and the guy without a college diploma’s pay for two weeks in the bottom right. Plot twist. 😂😂. Lendmark, please stop hiring 🤡’s. It’s a bad look for your company overall.
