My husband and I just recently got a mortgage using Loan Depot. In the past, we've had mortgages with Quicken Loans and I definitely recommend LOAN DEPOT over them! (Quicken Loans/Rocket Mortgage is a Joke).. Loan Depot is there no matter the time of day or night to answer any questions! Lori was such a pleasure to work with; Everyone we talked to was great. She got us pre-approved almost instantly and got our loan into underwriting quickly. We never would have thought we could get pre-approved for as much as Lori got us pre-approved for! We were able to purchase our dream home to raise our ever growing family in. We could not be more thankful for this company and their fantastic employees. 10/10

The loan officer, Ricardo Greene, and his manager, Moriah Samoya, are nice, professional, and really seem to try to help you. (That's the only reason why I gave it 2 stars!) However, the process is really long and drawn out by their underwriter. I have a finance background and I get how all this works. However, it is just simply frustrating when they can't do simple mathematical functions and keep delaying the process endlessly. Stay away from them and find a mortgage company that will save you time, money, and headaches. Needless to say, I ended up pursuing other options and they are way CHEAPER in closing costs than these incompetent-so-called-mortgage-lenders! Wish I had done it sooner!

Every one work patiently and very professional. I also like the electronic system navigation it allows a better communication and accessibility as my work schedule can be tough . Thank you
