As always it's a great experience dealing with Casey and the Auto Options Program PA Central offers. Casey is amazing at what she does, and is super fast to respond to any questions/concerns you may have. This is my fourth Auto options loan and it has saved me a ton of money versus a normal auto loan. I highly recommend that if you're car shopping and need financing to give them a call and look into this wonderful program and save some money!

I was on the phone with Kathy sorry idk the spelling, she helped me out and was kind in explaining things that I didn’t quite understand as a new customer to loans. Was helpful and quick with getting information if she was unsure of an answer. East drive definitely chose right with her and her customer service would definitely recommend this location

Someone is falsely using my email address, so I did what any reasonable person would do and gave them a call. They assured that my email would be removed and the person who used it would be contacted. Here we are months later and I am still getting emails. Really wish they would just blacklist my email.

Always friendly. Professional. Helpful. Just wish they never would have done away with the old online deposit. Especially good for a business depositing multiple checks. Credited immediately, then just drop the checks in the postage paid envelope . Just had to make sure it was rec'd within 10 business days. No need to drive to a branch.
