OneMain Financial, Hatfield, PA

Got approved for a loan at 15.72% APR I go in to the branch to finalize everything , before I signed the final paperwork I asked for confirmation the the APR would be 15.72% and somehow it jumped to 24.3% I'm glad I didn't sign anything. These guys are predatory lenders BEWARE!!!!!!!! The only explanation I could get out of the associate was "it's only an extra 9$ per month"

it was very refreshing no pressure and everything was exsplain so i could understand i will refer anybody who ask what loan company to use one main financle very profesional makes you feel at ease

This is the worst location that you can deal with the guy Rick that works there is probably the worst when it comes to customer service the the guy has no patience his customer service skills are horrible if you deal with anybody deal with the manager showing and that's about it I dealt with them for some time on and off back when they were Citi financial but if you can leave them alone try to go somewhere else and take your business some were Else

I worked with Robert Dibrino of the Snyder Square office and had an excellent experience. I have been rebuilding my credit history and traditional banks were not willing to assist me. I was in need of loan to assist with an urgent legal matter. Robert and his office were kind, professional and easy going. I got my loan within 24 hours. Robert did offer to sell me extra products but I simply refused them. There was absolutely no pressure sales! Robert provided me with sold advice on ways to continue to rebuild my credit and start to get lower interest rates on products I need in the future. I highly recommend OneMain.

Hatfield staff was rude and not forth coming. I over paid this company and supplied them with the proper paperwork for the refund. They held me up for 2 weeks and they didn't have the common curtesy to tell me that they were mailing a check after 2 weeks of holding me up. I will never recommend them to anyone and can't wait to find a way to not have to deal with them ever again. Enter this at you own risk!!!

I came to Rick in desperate need of a loan with less than perfect credit and was blown away by his commitment to finding a loan that worked for me in a timely manner! Despite a few speed bumps Rick never gave up on me and we were able to secure exactly what I needed. Would absolutely work with him again.

This is honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had speaking to somebody. I spoke with Richard holzer at the hatfield branch. He was very rude and ignorant towards why I needed a loan. Then he went on to ask me condescending questions and questioning why I need the amount I needed, after I answered his questions he was then more rude when I told him I didn’t appreciate his tone of voice and that I would not be moving forward with them. Whatever you do, don’t use these people and avoid Richard at all cost. He honestly sounds like he hasn’t signed somebody up in a long time and he’s looking for his next victim.

Rick gave me a call the other day not introducing himself until I asked then trying to remind me of my payment which I have a grace period to make and when I told him I couldn’t talk because I just moved and I was remotely working he told me to calm down in a aggressive tone. I was shocked that he got aggressive so I hung up be realized after reading the reviews he’s been doing this for years and one main at this location hasn’t done anything and he keeps doing it so I called back and requested to speak to him but ended up speaking to the manager Michael and told him to relay a very creative message I doubt he did but I’ve been doing business with them since early 2021 and Eve be had an interaction like this but then again never talked to Rick. So do yourself a favor and use another location if Rick is there.
