I do not even know where to begin! Aileen has been WONDERFUL from the very beginning; From her kind soul and personality to her professionalism and knowledge. My husband and I started off house hunting with a different company and it made the experience horrible. Someone recommended Aileen to us so we made the switch and I left like a giant Boulder was lifted off of our chest. I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed!

Great people at Norcom. Very helpful. I had a ton of questions when buying my first home and they were extremely patient and helpful with getting answers to my questions and helping my wife and I buy our first home! Jennifer is excellent at showing the ins and outs of different homes, and helping choose a great home! Very caring for her clients and wants the best for them!!! Super glad we choose to buy through Norcom and Jen!!

Norcom is a must! My husband and I had the pleasure of working with them and they are amazing! We worked with Christina and Jen and they helped us make a very stressful process, easy and a breeze! They are the go to place if you want to buy a house they treat you like family!

When I went to do my VA loan here, they told me I couldn't pay my builders anything up front. We couldn't pick the builder we wanted because of it. At the last minute, right before close, they changed their rules, and paid the builder half up front. You read that right. They also paid my Insurance late. Because they did this, my insurance lapsed. To avoid being forced into these peoples insurance (yes they do that), I got new insurance and put it on a monthly payment. They paid my old insurance company late, and in full. Then they paid the new insurance company, without my permission, in full. So now, I have not gotten my refund for the insurance that lapsed, but I'm being charged for it! They did an "escrow reanalysis", and now my payment is over $140 more a month. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to these people. Update: this issue started in October 2020, and is still not resolved.

Super friendly. Really easy to talk too. Difficult to get a hold of. Called. Left message. No return call. Texted. Responded and said will call. Never called. It’s been a few weeks still nothing. Very disappointing.
