Wayne Bank, Honesdale, PA

We opened a Home Loan with Wayne Bank and I can't say enough about the service we received! (not to mention the rate was by far the lowest out of all the local banks we called around to!) Our loan originator, Tiffany Dzwieleski, always promptly returned emails and calls with extremely informative responses. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process and an absolute pleasure to work with! I've bought a few houses and gone through the process and Tiffany was by far the best person I've worked with.

It takes them forever to put money into your account I put cash in the ATM and it takes so long usually 4-5 days before I see it in my account which I find to be rediculous.

Great bank great people. The password update is very frustrating. But all in all great bank

Friendly tellers that call you by name, your just not an account to them. Professional when handling an account problem.

Not able to get through to Loan Department to get mailed to me all my payments.

I opened my first bank account with Wayne bank when I was 18 years old. I have never used another bank. After a lengthy run of poor customer service, unreliable debit cards, and delayed transfers I have decided to change banks. Small banking is one thing. Being unable to access or work with my own money is another.

Had service in the drive thru and the bank attendant placed my envelope upside down in the canister and when I opened it, my change fell out all over the ground and I had to back my car up to pick up my money. I don’t want to sound insulting, but where do they find these people?
