Was made a member here through an auto loan whch thankfully I was able to switch to another institution. They have been nothing but unhelpful and simply began draining five dollars a month from the account I have with them until I closed the account. For account inactivity. Like holding my money was some problem for them. Rude and unhelpful tellers; just a bank with a bad attitude all the way around.

Terrible customer service! When calling in I often have to keep calling, sometimes more than 10+ times until I can speak with an actual person!!! Please fix this! Your customer service has declined tremendously over ther years!!!
