Marion Center Bank, Indiana, PA

I have banked with MC Bank since I was little and every time I have received the best service. Today in peticular, I had the pleasure of working with Brenda on the teller line to aid me with my issues. It was a day where everything the could go wrong was going wrong. Brenda was kind, patient and exceeded expectations with customer service. Thank you

Have been with this bank for 5 years. Employees are always friendly and I never have any problems with waiting for long to do any transaction. Other comments say about fees and this bank adding things to their accounts, I've NEVER had any fees or things changed on my account without my permission. I also never have an overdraft on my account, so maybe that's why no fees? There's no monthly fees, nor any "minimum amount fees" like some banks have. I've had ALL of the things that other comments complain about with S&T Bank, which is WHY I switched to this one! LOVE this bank!

The Marion Center branch is excellent. They know me by name, treat me very well. Everyone there is super helpful and kind. Always thoroughly explain everything about any questions I've had. Haven't experienced any of the negative things, others have made claims about.

Enticed me to sign up for a prepaid card serviced by another company that they got a commission deal for. Became the victim of identity theft and fraud because of the card. Ended up having to arbitrate through Better Business Bureau just to get my money back months later because Marion Center Bank refused to help at all. Unexpected fees all the time. Double overdraft fees multiple times. Takes a week to post any payments. Weird how I never have any issues now, after I switched to PNC.

RUN! I thought a home town bank would be a good idea, and maybe another one would be. I switched to this bank about a year ago, they had decent products with no frills. Now someone decided you should have a plethora extra services. No big deal until they put it on everyone's account, including a monthly service charge. NOW everyone with an existing account has to go into the bank and opt out of their monthly fee. If I didn't have tax refunds and direct deposits coming into my accounts they would all be CLOSED TODAY.

The Indiana branch is terrible! There are some good people there, the tall girl with pink hair, never smiles and never talks nice to anyone or staff behind the desk , she needs to go. This is why you have such poor ratings and she needs to dress a little more respectful
