There is a reason it has had its named changed so many times over the years. The service and respect you would expect in such a major financial decision isn't available at this place. To say this place is mismanaged is a complete understatement. If there's a discrepancy, error, or miscommunication first they will act as if they never knew and it never occurred before... then they blame each other and then ultimately you will be blamed and you will be accused of having ulterior motives by the CEO . Please beware and be smart. These people don't care about if you can/can't afford it... they will have you invest thousands 4 to 9k all said and down when they quote 2 - 5k. Not only that expect payment to increase by 15% to 20% of what was quoted and on top of that these are sub prime loans that will be bought and sold many many times. So in 5 - 10 years you may have 10 different owners to your mortgage. Do alittle research and you will see that during the crash of 08 many people went through foreclosure because of this exact scenario.

I'm only giving this a negative review because everyone else is.

If we could give them -10 it would be that Most incompetent home mortgage facility we ever dealt with …Do not do business with them 2 months of stress and paperwork and they still didn’t know what to do Jeff and Mark will never get our business Poor loan officers Disrespectful and no clue what they are doing Their rating says it all
