I bugged John all types of hours and days and he responded every time with answers. I would recommend him to all my friends and family members who are looking to purchase there home. First of all do not read any negative reviews here. My experience was nothing less than first class. My girlfriend and I recently purchased our first home, which as they say is quite stressful. After 3 weeks of getting dragged along by a local bank lender, John stepped in and from the very first call he delivered exactly what he promised. We closed on our house in 11 days and we couldn't be happier with our decision to use his services!

I don't know if I have enough space here to accurately describe how wonderful John is and how much he helped me through my first house falling through to closing on my second house. He will tell you his honest opinion about your situation, which I greatly appreciated considering this was my first home purchase and I was clueless. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but John for your home buying needs!

Woke up one morning and was like guess I need to buy a house. I didn't plan so haven't been saving up and getting prepared. I did not know what to expect.
