Belco Community Credit Union, Lancaster, PA

Excellent, friendly, prompt customer service and support at the Good Drive location. Belco CCU is hands down the best bank I've ever used. Wish I'd realized years ago how much better a credit union can be. At this location the service is very personalized but it has been excellent at the Oregon Pike location also. Employees take pride in their work and their bank and go out of their way to be kind and helpful.

I used many a couple of banks over the years and I have stayed with belco for the last 15 years. Thanks to their exceptional service and staff Sandy Barr is a true gem. They are lucky to have her. I will bank with them for many years to come.

Fantastic place. Friendly and helpful staff at the Lancaster Good Drive location. When unauthorized transactions were attempted to be made on my account Belco was right on it contacting me. I will always do my banking here

service is extremely slow at times i have waiting in the drive they line for an hour and a half. also not easily found so with drawing cash can be difficult

They had the most friendliest staff there they treat you nice and kind and they always thank you for your business

Be prepared to provide the name, phone number, and address for a reference outside of your address as part of the approval of a personal loan. I was only advised this later in the process or I would’ve stopped it sooner. It’s quite difficult when much of your family is deceased.

Some of the individuals who work here shouldn’t. I will not go into details. If you have an account at Belco utilize the Duke street and/or Oregon Pike branch. The customer service is way better and they don’t blame the customers for their errors.

Great local credit union. Mikayla at the Good Dr. location is the best!
