Duke Street Belco Horrible, Horrible branch!!!!!! Again I can't get over how horrible this branch is. I'm so disappointed and angry at their customer service.

TERRIBLE ONLINE BANKING SERVICE !! I’ve been banking with Belco going on 6 years and they’re just getting worse!! You’ll pay bills and they’ll say they never went thru and never take the money out till late then charge you crazy overdraft fees for their mistakes ! The assistant manager was VERY RUDE

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had banking. It’s impossible to do anything over the phone. Most branches are closed. Having an account issue for over a week. Still no resolution no answers. Awful customer service. The banking app is mediocre at best. Just bank somewhere else people. Save yourself the headache.

This bank should not be 4.9. People Ben so rude to me sents I Ben going to this bank And they took all my money!! every time I get paid or if try save they just keep taking it out!. If anyone read this please report this there a SCAM in this bank or hacker!!! be careful.

I had a certified fraud account with the proof that someone took money from my account without my consent and this people told me that all they can do is return the money from 3 months bc is their policy when it was running for up to 6. Make sure to get a bank that really care about you’re money not their absurd policy.

Don’t bother banking here! They never process your money correctly then charge you an overdraft for something that was their fault, and will only wave a overdraft fee once per year, it’s crazy my account overdrafted by 1 cent, a literal penny and I was charged a 35$ fee and they won’t reverse it because my card was skimmed a few months back and someone used it and overdrafted my account after some fighting they fixed that overdraft and the negative balance but I’m now being told because they refunded that which was obviously not my fault that there’s nothing they can do about a fee that they charged… not dealing with this bank anymore
