Not a good experience. Don't get me wrong; I think what they do is great for the community and small businesses, but their process and communication is not good. My recommendation is to get everything they say in writing and require constant communication and updates on the process. Do not assume anything. We asked for a certain loan amount and they even messed that up. When we informed them of this mistake ($10,000 less) their response was that they can get the remaining funds, but they would need to reprocess the loan. Plenty of empty promises with this organization.

Now I'm here for its underline purpose and the communication is extremely out of integrity. The lack of communication would be the main reason that I would not recommend this company in the future. Maybe if they invest in an infrastructure that keeps all parties in the loop then maybe I'll reconsider.
