Dee was amazing to work with. My husband and I are first time home buyers and we were building our first home. She worked directly with our builder, Berks Homes, so we did not have to play middle person. She explained everything to us along the way and made the approval process seamless for us. I would recommend Dee for anyone that needs a mortgage, especially if you are building with Berks Homes.

Matt Zoll was a condescending, chauvinist. When I told him I was seeking other estimates, he talked down to me like I was a dumb woman. When we were unable to sell our home and I reached out to let him know we wouldn't be moving forward with the loan, I received ZERO response. My email was completely ignored. I will not be working with LMC under any future circumstances and I have been sure to let my Lancaster area friends and family know the same.

If I can give less than 1 star, I would.
