I called the office to get information about revising a current loan I hold with OMF. I worked with Loan Specialist, Chance Groff. He was very personable, informative, addressed all of my questions and presented me with the best way to proceed. It wasn't necessary for me to go to the OMF office to sign/approve the necessary documents, which made everything so much easier. From beginning to end it only took a few days. OMF should be very confident that their employee, Chance Groff, makes clients feel comfortable in all stages of the loan process ... I definitely did.

Unsure if she's from this office or not. But my husband and I had a horrible experience with Michelle! Michelle had an attitude toward us and made unnecessary comments and assumptions while we were trying to apply for a loan. I'll never forget this experience with One Main Financial. Truly disappointing.

Cheri was fantastic to work with from the moment I applied for my loan until the day I submitted my final pay off! I had my funds in less than an hour on the day I needed them and when I was able to pay off my loan early, Cheri was there to answer all of my questions.
