Do not trust branch manager Andrew . Go to a different branch. He falsely told us information regarding our loan and thank God a branch manager above him , Caught it. Also to mention Rachel was in this specific scenario as well. .. I will say our account is now being properly handled and in good hands . She is fixing what Andrew lied about. So stay away from this particular branch. He is a snake in the grass.

It was fast and easy process. Melissa went over everything in detail and answered all my question. All paperwork was done on computer and I received hard copies for my records.

I have been on time with my loan every time this pandemic hits and we go on lock down. They have called me every week inquiring about a payment knowing that many have lost their jobs and unemployment has been a joke for many. They had no compassion and nothing available for their customers Who at no fault of their own are dealing with the same pandemic they are in. They went ahead and reported to the credit bureau and messed up my credit. I’m so annoyed! Never again will I return to this company zero compassion and nothing in place to help customers.
