I'd like to take a moment and express my thanks to Jenn and the 11 Capital processing team. They worked tirelessly on my client's recent refinance loan. It was a very challenging transaction that required a lot of extra care, attention and communication due to a 15 year old encumbrance that was never removed by a lien holder. There was nothing smooth about this deal. All along the way, it seemed like there was one issue after the other. Isn't it strange that the only 4 reviews are all written by the employees of the company?? which get paid only if they sell?? and they all given themselves 5 star none the less. Hmmmmmm.... let me be the first consumer to write a review: This company does not know the difference between right or left. we have attempted to borrow funds for an investment property but every week the terms have changed (rate, conditions, lender, type of loan). My attorney have warned me several times but I have been in bed with 11 Capital, thinking I will give this one more week.... allowing them to string me along with promises that turned into nightmares. I closely dealt with Jennifer Fey and Chris Perez CHECK REVIEWS ON YELP, THERE ARE MORE OF THE SAME STORIES THERE. WHAT A SCAM

11 Capital Finance has been absolutely wonderful. Not only is it a great place to work, but the commitment of everyone here to their clients is the best. We all care about every client and do out best to help them get the right loan, not just any loan. If what they applied for does not suit them, we explain why, and what is better. I don't know of any other company that does that. Everyone else is just about the money. We are about the Borrower and their needs. I urge anyone thinking about a loan for their business, real estate investments, or even personal loans, to definitely come to 11 Capital Finance.

Hands down best commercial real estate brokerage in country. Diverse loan programs from SBA to GAP to bridge. Competitive terms and rates. Programs for all property and credit types even storied loans. I been in industry 25 years and there are not many full service firms for the serious real estate investor.

The staff works tirelessly to find solutions for a variety of clients with an assortment of factors that may leave them unable to get a loan from a bank. Working with many lenders enables them to bring multiple options to each client and get deals closed!!!
