Benetrends was fantastic in doing the work to set up a ROBS for us. However, over the first year, their ability to respond to questions and meet deadlines became a concern. We asked for and received a new analyst. That new analyst was wonderful to work with over the next several years. He was responsive, knowledgeable, timely, and accurate. Unfortunately, we learned in early 2022 that he had left Benetrends. Since then, we have lived through an experience identical to that of our first year. Benetrends’ ability to timely calculate contributions and even file Form 5500 has been a challenge that never ceased. Communicating via email and phone has been almost exclusively one-way only. After suffering through this experience over the last six months, we decided to terminate our ongoing services agreement with Benetrends, opting for a different TPA.

Larry and his team at Benetrends were great. He was super accessible during the process (he even met us one evening at 8:30pm to discuss in person). We had quite a few questions and he was very patient with us and walked us through the whole process. PK Kapoor has been super helpful as well with the incorporation of our business and so far things have been very smooth.

The entire Benetrends team has been great to work with through a somewhat complicated process. They regularly go above and beyond to help with whatever odd ball question I send their way. Larry was our sales guy and is extremely knowledgeable. We used the ROBS program to fund our business and he broke it down so that it was easy to understand. I've recently been working with Pankaj and he's also delightful. My only complaint is that there services aren't cheap, but you get what you pay for.
