Recently had to pay off a loan, and had difficulty doing it through calling the corporate 800 number. Called the closest office, Lansford, and spoke to Scott Kane, who guided me through an acceptable process with professionalism and friendliness that had been missing when speaking with corporate. Best bank I ever joined...they help me with things other banks never cared about. Just got an email asking if I was ready for a credit card we had discussed because my score went up. They keep in touch and don't care how poor I am.
