This place is great. It's mostly for people who are in a pinch or have bad to medium credit. They were super friendly and have always been awesome with me. The only down side is that the interest is high so you're better off paying it back quickly, rather than drag it out on minimum payments. Brian and Heather are awesome and I would definitely recommend them. I would go back here if I ever needed to. Thank you One Main for helping me out on my time of need! I sincerely appreciate it. They call every month and harass me about being 2 months late. They make me feel less of a person and irresponsible when I'm two weeks late. They want to document it. They also called my sister and said I was doing welfare fraud because I'm on social security and got disabled after I took out my loan. Oh and they 3x my loan amount. I borrowed $5,000 and they say I owe them $15,000. They are awful human being and so is the other woman. They also stole person info like my food stamp info.

Wonderful to work with and they really went to bat for us. The one thing I can’t understand is how we borrowed 6000 and by the next day to pay it off was 11000 doesn’t seem right to me plus they have my title as collateral

Was thankful to get the loan and they can be helpful but they call you if the payment is late and even call if the payment is one day late they will call u between 5 to 18 times a day every day so be careful if you don't want a creditor to blow up your phone for being a day late on your loan or getting into financial bind and your payment being later then that. Would think more of the company if they didnt harass you for the payment. I think calling someone 18 times in one day is excessive. That is the only problem is the harassment to get the payment

The store manager (Bart) does his own thing even though it’s not company policy and refused to send my application to another branch only reason for 3 stars is because the guy that actually helped with my loan was nice and polite
