I came in for an auto loan& and always ALWAYS ask for TINA! She is the best. Super friendly and efficient and works with you! I will cry the day she retires. I won’t see anyone else! She deserves a pay raise!!!! This place is a great credit union overall as well! If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

Do not use LFCU if you want to have a balance in your account. I had requested they remove an overdraft fee as a courtesy, they did but only after they tacked another $30 fee onto my account because they couldn't be bothered to apply it before any more came out of my account. It seems to me that the policy of LFCU is to keep its consumers in debt and having no money.

Myerstown credit union was such a blessing to work with. Tamara Hostetter was patient with my questions, and gave me honest, down to earth answers, with humility. She was extremely helpful, and efficient with my HELOC. I recommend their branch to anyone who needs help with hard questions or just down to earth kind professional assistance with any banking needs.

I live in Philly, but still have my account with LFCU because they are so phenomenal. They always have my back whether there’s $100 in my account or $10,000.
