I went in to ask about rates for CD the worker was really nice gave me appointment because she said they get busy on Saturday so you don't have to wait.

I have been trying to get help with my bank so far no one has done anything to help fix it. Tried calling them no one answers and just hear the evelator music. It has been now four days still no help.

My day initially started off as a stressful experience at the garage, ended calmly at the credit union!!!! Although nobody enjoys applying for a loan for car repairs ( New Engine plus cost of rental); the staff at the Lehighton branch were reassuring and very helpful with different options. The loan officers were able to work with my schedule. The use of Doc U sign is a true benefit. Been a member since 1993!!!!!!

I have been with them for years and love how friendly and helpful they always are. I also love their online banking.

We have been banking with the credit union for 25 years. They always make my visit a pleasant experience. A smile and a hello greets me every visit. I don't feel like just another account number when I come in. The service is quick and precise with no problems. The technology stays in touch with the times and we really appreciate that they are keeping up with the modern advances too! They have helped us at every turn and made the hard times so much easier because they are always there for us whether for good times or bad. Whether it be a loan, mortgage or to refinance they were there and made the process quick and painless! I also like the Lehighton Branch because my wife and I can go to the bank and go grocery shopping at Giant right after!! Win-Win! Recommend First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union to everyone!

Opened up accounts for myself and my son with Hermine. She was awesome! Explained everything to us and was personable.
