The young man was very professional and friendly. He explained in full detail the procedures of refinancing my current loan and even though he was the ONLY ONE in the entire office, he took his time with me and made sure that I was satisfied, which I must say that I was.

Was recently unemployed and now that I had returned to work I needed a very small loan to tie up some loose ends that being out of work had caused. The process was fast since I had already been a customer with Mariner. I do not remember his name, but the gentlemen who assisted me on Tuesday, November 1st around 4:30 pm at the Langhorne/Levittown location was so friendly and the process was signed, sealed and delivered in minimal time. I was appreciative they were willing to work with me so easily.

Steve was excellent to deal with he went over and beyond to help me even staying late. Steve Schoell is an asset to Mariner

I do have to say that experience in customer service was remarkable very helpful the guy Steve that I was dealing with was amazing and went through everything step-by-step with me

It was a smooth process,but I wasn’t able to get the amount that I really needed but it is what is thankful for the help
